Computer Restorations

• Full Computer Restoration ($125.00)

• The ideal way to make your computer run like new again and remove all virus's and spyware
• Computer Restorations (CR) deletes all data from your hard drive, including all programs and personal information. We then re-install your operating system or update you to a newer operating system.  CR then re-installs all of your computer drivers (software needed to make items such as your video card, sound card, etc. work). 
• We also will re-install all of your software programs (must be provided by you). CR will also make sure you have up to date virus and spyware protection.
• CR also helps you backup and restore all of your personal information (Documents, E-mail, etc.).  Additional charges may apply for large amounts of data (normally pictures and music files).

• Virus and Spyware Cleanup ($110)
•  
  CR runs numerous tests and repairs for your virus and spyware cleanup. We do  recommend using the Full Restore option above.  However if you are worried about losing personal information through the format process we make this option available.

Below are some of the  tests and repairs CR will run on your computer.

• Run at least five different virus and spyware cleanup programs.
• Run registry tests and repairs.
• Manually check the system registry for corrupt files.
• Update  all Windows updates (both critical and non-critical).
• Update hardware drivers.
• Update Adobe Flash, Reader and Java (needed for virus protection).
• Make sure you have a valid and up to date virus protection program.
• Delete all restore points that may be infected.
• Run hard drive tests for any damage done to the drive.
• Run system defrag to help the computer run faster.
• Check computer memory and memory settings.

• All of these tests take at least one day or more to run.  CR will pickup and deliver your computer to run these tests at our shop.  We normally have your computer back to you within two days.

• Parts purchase and installation fee ($15.00)
•  All parts / software are purchased at local vendors, this provides you with the newest possible hardware / software. Parts are sold to you at our cost (plus tax). You only pay the additional $15.00 purchase fee.
• Some parts may require additional installation charges.

Minimum labor charge is $65.00

Hourly on site rates

$65.00 for first hour (min charge) $45.00 per additional hours.

Important note about Full Computer Restoration:

Formatting a hard drive will delete ALL information. Restoring all of your computer programs will re-load your PROGRAMS ONLY.
